.conferences are better attended; we have a stronger presence in Washington, DC and enhanced visibility in
.regulatory agencies; we have more contributing donors than ever before; and our international membership
.continues to grow.  How do we maintain this growth and bring dance/movement therapy to the next level?

.The theme of the conference - "Exploring Vistas and Soaring to New Heights: DMT 2012 and Beyond" -
.invites us to take a different look at our work; not only where we have come from, but where we are headed. 
.In what new directions have you taken your work?  Have you incorporated your dance/movement therapy
.training and skill set into a less traditional setting?  Have you found ways of combining dance/movement
.therapy and other training into your work as a dance/movement therapist?

.This 47th Annual Conference will highlight the theme of exploring, discovering and growing as a profession,
.and so we invite proposals for papers, seminars and workshops that honor and present varied approaches in .practice, theory or research.  ADTA values proposals that address multicultural and diversity; therefore,
.presentations, seminars and workshops should include aspects of diversity and multicultural awareness or
.sensitivity as they relate to the topic of the particular seminar.  For guidance on 'How to Prepare a Great
